Shipping Policy

We totally understand the eagerness and excitement to receive your purchased products, hence we try to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. Well, who likes to wait?

• Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you in 10-12 working days from our warehouse.

• We ship through registered courier companies. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at info@greyfalconofficial.com, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

• Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value of Rs 7500/-

• In case of prepaid orders, a Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 150/- will be applied to all orders below Rs 7500/-.

• In spite of taking precautions, certain hiccups may occur in the otherwise smooth procedure. In such a scenario, the company will ensure that the customer is informed of the delay or any applicable refund within a reasonable time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through the courier’s website.
